• Define the file type, click on the drop down arrow of Save as type option.
• Then select either Comma Separated Value or Structured Text, and click the Export.
• If you selects the Comma Separated Value, a pop up box appears, select the option and click ok.
• If you choose the Structured Text, a pop up box will appear, select the option and click OK

After this procedure you have to import lotus notes to Microsoft outlook:

• Launch Microsoft Outlook email client on your system.
• Import and Export Wizard will pop up. Select Import from another program or file option and click on Next.
• At the Import a file wizard, choose Comma Separated Values (Windows) option click on Next.
• Click on the browse and select the CSV file you want to import. Click Next.
• Select the location where you want to save the import file, Click on Next.
• Now you can check your folder also can change the location if you want.
• Then click on Finish.
• After that you can check your imported file.
